1) Go for a swim
Seriously though! No matter what part of the country or world you live in. Just hop in the nearest body of beautiful water. Water is inherently refreshing – not only when drinking but also when you’re submerged in it. Whether it is Spring or Fall where you live, you’ll definitely remember reading a silly blog and literally jumping for exhilaration.
2) Make a gratitude list
Have you ever seen the clock hit 11:11? You likely have and immediately wished for a slew of things you want or need. Take five minutes to make a list (on your iPhone) of things you already have and love. Mine includes my mom, dogs, and Chipotle.
3) Create something
I haven’t really tried to draw something since the second grade, and I’m a little ashamed of that. Think of something you’ve never done or haven’t done in awhile and go do it!! Make it something tangible so you can hold it in your hands and be proud. My suggestion would be to hit Whole Foods, buy all the fresh produce that catches your eye, and create a beautiful Instagram-worthy meal.
What do you think of these suggestions? How will you make Good Friday good?
