The Holidays can be the most joyous time of year for your tastebuds. Some of you may look forward to those decadent holiday cookies all year, or be craving that pecan pie days in advanced. Thanksgiving was just warming up and stretching…these are the meals we’ve been waiting for!
But with that culinary joy comes a dark side—the after effect: the bloated, in-pain stomachs, the blood-sugar high, the headache, and the guilt.
Why should ‘the dark side’ have to rain on this holiday parade?
There are in fact thousands of dessert recipes that are both healthy AND delicious for the holidays. These are made from natural, whole foods, and nourish the body while pleasing the tastebuds too!
